Mission of the Month: Horace J. Inman Senior Center

 

The Horace J. Inman Senior Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency serving seniors of Montgomery County and beyond. It is located at 53 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY. On June 4th, 2024 a water pipe burst and sent water through the walls!  The center has been closed since then, but expects to be partially reopened by the end of June.

 

During the shutdown, the Inman Center suffered a significant loss of income. To help get them back on their feet, the United Presbyterian Church has designated the Inman Center as our mission of the month for July and August.

 

Checks should be made out to the United Presbyterian Church, with a memo line “Inman Center”. You can also donate by mail to:  25 Church St, Amsterdam, NY 12010, or through our Facebook page.
